About ChordBridge

Bridging the gap between guitar and piano since 2024

Our Story

ChordBridge was born from a simple frustration that many musicians face: understanding how the same chord translates between different instruments. As guitarists who wanted to learn piano (and vice versa), we found ourselves constantly searching for clear, visual explanations of chord positions across instruments.

Existing resources were either too technical, focused on only one instrument, or buried the information behind paywalls. We believed that understanding music theory and chord construction should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their primary instrument or skill level.

That's why we created ChordBridge β€” a free, visual tool that shows you exactly how any chord looks on both guitar fretboard and piano keyboard, side by side. No complicated theory jargon, no subscriptions, just clear diagrams that help you learn and play.

Our Mission

"To make music theory accessible and visual, helping musicians of all levels understand the universal language of chords across any instrument."

We believe that music education should be free and accessible. Every chord diagram on ChordBridge is completely free to use, whether you're a beginner learning your first C major or an experienced player exploring jazz voicings.
