ChordBridge respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable intellectual property laws.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this site, please notify our Copyright Agent as described below.

How to File a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof, and you believe that any content on ChordBridge infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

Important: Misrepresentations made in your notice regarding whether content or activity is infringing may expose you to liability for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees). If you are not sure whether certain material infringes others' copyrights, we suggest consulting with an attorney before sending a notice.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the content, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent containing the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court located in your judicial district (or if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which ChordBridge may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement

If a counter-notification is received by the Copyright Agent, we may send a copy of the counter-notification to the original complaining party informing them that we may restore the removed content within 10-14 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, the removed content may be restored within 10-14 business days after receipt of the counter-notification, at our sole discretion.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, ChordBridge has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

ChordBridge may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to the website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Response Time

We take copyright infringement seriously and aim to respond to all valid DMCA notices promptly. Upon receipt of a valid notification, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Make a good-faith attempt to notify the user who posted the content (if applicable)
• Document the notice for our records
